Harrison Street Band’s, lead singer Erin McCawley, opens their act with “I smell a rat” on the Red Rose Main stage during the 4th annual Lowertown Blues and Funk Festival continued on Saturday, July 22, 2017. The festival took place on Saturday from noon until 10 pm. The was free to the public and made possible through grants from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund and the National Endowment for the Arts.
